Billy the Kid From Dad's postcard collection. This postcard is from the late 1930s. Billy the Kid, famous as a killer and for his miraculous and thrilling escapes from jail. Finally killed by Sheriff Pat Garett at Fort Sumner, New Mexico in 1881.
